Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our policy below and reach out to us with any questions.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. We are unable to accept returns requested after 30 days.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (seeds, biological products, or time-sensitive ag inputs)

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals that have been opened

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

  • Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear

  • Custom or special-order items

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

  1. Email daniel@mountainviewag.com or call 507-831-4072 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
